What We Do

Maintains records for the Judicial District Circuit, Chancery, Civil and Juvenile Court for Jackson County, including taking fine payments online at www.paygov.us. Court records are available online through Court Connect at www.arcourts.gov. Recorder of all deeds, mortgages, conveyances of lands and buildings lying within the County. Other duties include filing of Power of Attorney, liens on real property, soldiers discharge, leases, financing statements, performance bonds and other public official bonds.
