Jackson County Quorum Court

The Quorum Court is the legislative body of Jackson County, consisting of Justices of the Peace elected from each district. The Court is responsible for enacting county ordinances, appropriating funds, and setting county tax levies.

Meetings

Regular sessions are held the second Monday of each month at 5:00 PM at the County Courthouse, 208 Main Street. Special sessions may be called as needed.
